We are working on a MK5 VW R32 turbo. The owner had turbo cars in the past and loved the way this one drove but it did not have the punch he wanted. We installed a C2 Motorsport turbo kit. I looked great in the box. Like most "kits" they need modification to fit correctly. Here are some of the install pictures.

Turbo, manifold and downpipe. The hot side of the turbo and manifold were coated to hold in the heat, and to keep under hood temps under control.

Intercooler fitment.
